The MINDS Map is a unique blend of collaborative self-reflection and supportive therapy designed to foster self-discovery and self-understanding. We’ll use our sessions to explore your internal world, sensory profile, attention style, and relational patterns—always through a strengths-based, neuroaffirming lens.
To prepare for our session, I will send you a personalized list of screeners to help guide our work and highlight areas for deeper exploration. In session we’ll explore your personal history and current goals using the previously completed identity-affirming screeners and guided reflection to understand your sensory, cognitive, emotional, and relational experiences.
These sessions serve as therapeutic interviews, focusing on meaning-making, emotional processing, and deepening self-awareness. Sessions are individualized but often include psychoeducation, nervous system literacy, values clarification, and tools for self-regulation.
In our final session, you’ll receive your personalized Wellness Plan—a strengths-based synthesis of your emerging identity narrative and practical recommendations for building a life that feels authentic, spacious, and fully aligned with who you truly are. In session, we’ll collaboratively explore how your neurobiology influences your needs, strengths, challenges, and relationships—and how you can move toward greater authenticity and well-being.

If eligible, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance. Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to verify coverage and handle all claims.
